CDN (Content Delivery Network)

A CDN is a geographically distributed network of servers that delivers content to users from the nearest server location, reducing latency and improving performance.

CDNs cache and serve video content from edge servers close to viewers. For IPTV operators, CDNs handle the last-mile delivery of HLS/DASH streams to subscribers, ensuring low latency and high availability even during peak traffic.
