Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Adaptive IPTV provides satellite-to-IP headend services including signal capture, transcoding, and IP delivery (“Services”) to business-to-business (B2B) clients. Our services are designed exclusively for licensed operators, media companies, and enterprise clients.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to registered businesses and organizations. By using our Services, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of a legal business entity and that you have all necessary licenses and permissions for your intended use of the content.

3. Service Level Agreement

We commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA for all production services. Specific SLA terms, including service credits and exclusions, are detailed in individual client agreements.

4. Content Responsibility

Adaptive IPTV captures and delivers free-to-air (FTA) satellite signals only. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper licensing, distribution rights, and regulatory compliance for content distributed through their platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

Clients shall not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted content, circumvention of conditional access systems, or any activity that violates applicable broadcasting regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual client agreements. Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after 15 days written notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adaptive IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services in cases of material breach, including violations of acceptable use policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Izmir, Turkey.
